Where are your products made and how?
In Warrington, UK. Designs are V-carved into solid hardwood on a CNC machine, then sanded, painted and sealed by hand. Timber is sourced from a UK supplier.
What materials do you use?
Solid hardwood (Ash, Oak, Walnut) throughout — no veneer, no MDF, no laminate.
Do you offer customizations?
Yes — personalisation is what we do. You choose the wording, the style and the size. Every sign is carved to order.
Do I see the design before it's made?
Yes. You'll receive a proof showing your exact wording and layout before anything is carved. Nothing goes on the machine until you've approved it.
How long does an order take?
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days after the proof is approved.

To keep them in the best condition:
✔ Wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
✔ Avoid prolonged exposure to water and sun.
✔ Use natural waxes occasionally for maintenance.
What’s your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping. We currently ship across the UK. Orders are processed within 2 days and delivered via Royal Mail/Evri. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow its progress.
Do you have a physical store?
Not at the moment! We currently sell online via our website and Etsy, with plans to expand locally.
