Return Policy
Personalised goods are exempt from standard distance-selling cancellation rights under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once your proof has been approved and carving has commenced, your order cannot be cancelled or returned. We will, however, replace any item that arrives damaged or defective.
